Brioux-sur-Boutonne to Angoulême

Taking our leave from the official Way of Tours, we made our own way through a series of interesting towns, and enjoyed it all until the last afternoon, which was a disaster made up of a combination of our own folly and the incompetence of the Office of Tourism in Charente.
